Our company was established in
1999 with a team of specialists and a wide machine
park to produce plastic and metal injection moulds.
Since this date, it realises the production of
plastic injection moulds according
to the demand of its customers.
İsmak Metal is performing its activities on a 1000
sqm roofed over production area and a 400 sqm big
plastic injection department. Our company, which has
the ISO 9001-2000 Certificate of Quality, became
with its machine park and with its approach to the
sector, one of the leading companies on the moulding
sector.
At the design department, with Unigraphics-Software
designed moulds are analysed by Moldflow and CAM
outputs are taken with the software called
EdgeCAM.
The moulds, produced at high
rotation HIGH SPEED CNC VERTICAL MACHINING
CENTERS, CNC wire
erosion and CNC dive erosion workbenches, are
delivered problem-free on due to the customer after
being tested at plastic injection machines.
Our shown sensibility to the subject of quality is
approved as ISO 9001-2000 by ATI/TCB.
